Fully-Compliant AAP Software

Affirmative Action Software Made Easy

If you are an experienced AAP/EEO practitioner who needs to develop an Affirmative Action Program (AAP) for your company and prefer to do it yourself, our AAPMaker software can help you.

The AAPMaker is a simple and cost-effective way to develop a fully compliant affirmative action program. Our AAPs have undergone successful reviews by the US Department of Labor.

Our AAPMaker uses a step-by-step approach to help Human Resources professionals prepare affirmative action plans (AAPs) that they can present with confidence to their business leaders, and the Federal government in the event of a compliance audit.

Each step of the process is accompanied by easy-to-follow instructions and useful tips. The AAPMaker can be used to create single or multiple AAPs. It allows your organization to centralize or decentralize its affirmative action planning process. No other software has made this process so simple and effective!

AAPMaker is fully compliant with the revised 60-2 regulations. It uses the Two Standard Deviation Tests, Fisher's Exact Test and the two statistical approaches recognized by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) when conducting adverse impact analyses for hiring, promotion and termination.

Our first-year license fee begins at $999 for non-profit organizations. Some customers qualify for a 33% discount annual renewal rate. We also offer special rates for contractors who intend to use our products to support multiple clients. Call us at (770) 943-3922 or email us at Consultants@EEO-MadeSimple.com for a price quote.

It uses a selection rate comparison and is modeled after Section 4D of the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and numerous court cases. These tests include the 80% Test, the Statistical Significance Test and the Fisher Exact Test. We also offer special rates for contractors who intend to use our products to support multiple clients.
