For each AAPMaker license you purchase, we provide free Y2000 census data for one geographic area of your choice. A geographic area can be a county, a combination of counties, a metropolitan area, a state or the entire United States. If you recruit from several geographic areas and would like your census data broken out by each geographic area (instead of combining the data), you can purchase from us separate census data for each geographic area.
After you have paid for your census areas online, you must remember to complete and email to us the actual census data order form . The census data order form provides us with two useful pieces of information: (1) The recruitment areas from which you recruit, or can reasonably recruit, employees for employment (2) The kinds of jobs you have in your organization. Using the Census Bureaus Special EEO files, our data analysts use the information you submit on the order form to compile relevant and weighted data for your business. That data is emailed to you within two business days, in a format ready to be imported into the AAPMaker. The data you receive will be specific to the way you do business - a value added provided only by EEO Made Simple Consulting.
Detailed instructions for completing the census order form are included on the form itself. The form can be found by clicking on Help, when you open up the AAPMaker software. You can also download the form from our website. The completed form must be attached to an email and sent to census@eeo-madesimple.com.
