1999 to help companies create cost-effective and compliant affirmative
action programs (AAPs). We are staffed by a group of EEO/AAP practitioners
who have extensive hands-on experience in developing affirmative
action plans, conducting internal EEO audits, and delivering affirmative
action training. Our team has successfully interfaced with the Office
of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) in numerous audits
across the United States.

Before founding EMSC, the firm's principal, Kert
Quashie, worked for fifteen years in Corporate America serving as
the diversity and EEO compliance manager for several Fortune 200
companies. Kert has personally developed thousands of affirmative
action plans and has managed hundreds of on-site audits. His
law degree, along with his degrees in mathematics and statistics,
equips him to help customers respond effectively to the legal and
statistical requirements of affirmative action.
Our AAPMaker
software was developed by our in-house consultants who have developed
affirmative action plans for many years and wanted to provide companies
with an approach that is simple, effective, inexpensive, yet fully
compliant. Today, our easy-to-use, step-by-step affirmative action
software, adverse impact analyzer and applicant tracking tools are
used by hundreds of HR professionals who have no previous experience
developing affirmative action programs. Many of the AAPs developed
by them have been audited by the US Department of Labor.
